PINK OPAL 

These small to large tumbled pink common opal stones are various shades pink with grey, black, brown and white matrix and inclusions.  They are sorted.  See the pictures for details.  They look great in a bowl, for art projects, or as a base to set other stones or objects on.    Common opal does not have the beautiful optical characteristics of precious opal but the polished stones are incredibly beautiful in their own right, especially the pink and blue varieties.  Some of these tumbled stones have quite a bit of matrix as well as inclusions which are common for this stone, but overall these stones are very pretty and powerful.

SIZE:  Most are between 12-26 mm, (1/2 to 1"). 

WEIGHT:  Each package weighs 1/2 pound.

COUNT:  There are generally around 110 to 130 stones in a 1/2 pound.   The count is only a rough guide for the buyer.

Pink opal is thought to be a healing stone and have powerful effects on the heart chakra and love.
