SPIRIT QUARTZ

This comparatively rare and fascinating formation of quartz crystals is found only in South Africa.  It goes by a number of different names (Cactus Quartz, Pineapple Quartz, Spirit Crystals, and more) but it is essentially a quartz crystal or formation of quartz crystals covered to some extent by tiny druzy quartz crystals.  It is found in colors of light pink or purple to clear and sometimes the crystals are citrine or smoky quartz.  These are all light pink to clear or faint citrine gold.  

Spirit Quartz is considered to have a very powerful healing energy and is endowed with numerous other properties that make it an essential part of an energy worker's toolkit.
