Companion Stone - Cherry Blossom Agate
This beautiful chalcedony (microcrystalline quartz) stone is from a recently discovered deposit in Madagascar. Some of the stones have surface character like rougher spots or pits and a few have tiny crystal vugs. This material is considered very good to A grade. These stones are a light pink to peach or grey. Some are heavily "flowered" with fields of white blossoms, while others have fewer but distinct flowers. These make excellent companion stones. Chalcedony is said to be a nurturing stone that promotes harmony and good will, just what is needed in these difficult times.
