White Sage Smudge Sticks (Salvia apiana)

These fresh and fragrant 7" smudge sticks from Mexico are grown and hand rolled in Sonora.  

They are very popular for cleansing.

Each stick is about 7" long and 1-3/4" diameter.  They are bundled with cotton twine.  

Smudge sticks have been used by many people for generations to purify an area from negative energies.  From Native American tradition to current earth workers, sage has been an important element of ceremony as well as daily life to cleanse and purify areas, homes, people and crystals.
